William Carmody Counseling Hope WindermereWilliam Carmody, M.Ed., Ed.S., MBA, LMHC, NCC is the founder of Counseling Hope Windermere, a practice with offices located in Windermere, Florida, that serves Windermere, Isleworth, Bay Hill, Dr. Phillips, Ocoee and Winter Garden, and Maitland, FLorida, that serves Maitland, Winter Park, and Orlando.

William Carmody specializes in marriage counseling, couples counseling and individual counseling. Additionally, Bill has extensive experience working with individuals and couples that are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction and substance abuse, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, stress management, as well as health and and wellness issues. Mr carmody is also trained and certified in EMDR , helping  clients in processing distressing memories and beliefs. It is commonly used for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Bill has been certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors, and is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Therapist focused on helping people work through important life issues, to help each individual find fulfillment and satisfaction in life.

Bill has had particular success working with individuals and couples who have lost their passion for life and who want to move toward living their life to the fullest and making their dreams reality.

Bill earned his undergraduate Degree from Rollins College, his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Institute of Technology, and his Master’s Degree as well as Specialist Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida.

Additionally, Bill has completed post-graduate training at Harvard Medical School in Clinical Mind/Body Medicine.

Bill has also been trained and certified in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.

He is a Nationally Certified Counselor as certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors(NBCC), a member of the American Counseling Association(ACA), the Association for Specialists in Group Work(ASGW), International Association of Addictions and Offender Counselors(IAAOC), and the Association for Creativity in Counseling(ACC)


Jennifer Sebreros, RCSWI, MSW, is a mental health counselor with Counseling Hope.

Jennifer Sebreros specializes in individual couples and family counseling.

Jennifer has extensive experience working with children, as well as adolescents and adults.  Jennifer has had great success working with children and adults who struggle with low self-esteem, conduct disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorder, ODD, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress management, substance use, family conflict, grief and loss.

Additionally, Jennifer has had great success working with couples that are struggling with relationship issues, as well as individuals that are dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse as well as adjustment disorders.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida.

Jennifer’s passion is to create an atmosphere that provides non-judgmental, caring, safe and strengths based individual, couples, and family counseling.

Jen enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them achieve their goals and identifying ways they can address problems in their life based on their belief system, culture, values, needs and goals.  Jen works with her clients to help facilitate healing and growth, so that clients can move forward to live the lives the have dreamed about and hope for.

Jen uses a variety of evidenced based therapeutic approaches in counseling and therapy to help each client, couple and family in reaching their fullest potential.
